We offer both our own grown Hoyas and imported plants (Please see at additional information: " import plant in coco chips"!). Plants are acclimated in our greenhouses before sale, but might have some damaged leaves from import. This is no reason for reclamation. When receiving your order we suggest to let package to reach your room temperature (some hours to overnight) before opening. Please keep plants in the beginning (at least few weeks) at lower light and avoid too much watering. Dehydration at some level and/or losing some leaves are normal after longer transport, same as some damaged roots and are no reason for reclamation. In case of uncertain damages, please send us feedback with photos as soon as possible. Please note that we can’t accept any reclamation after plants are repotted, unpotted, divided, cut etc.
Es handelt sich hier neben unserer eigenen Produktion um Import Pflanzen (Hinweis: "Importpflanze in Kokos" beachten!), gelbe Blätter und Blattverlust, sowie der Verlust von Wurzeln können hier nach dem Versand möglich sein trotz sorgfältiger Akklimatisation in unseren Gewächshäusern und müssen mit eingeplant werden. Dies ist ausdrücklich KEIN Reklamationsgrund. Nicht zu feucht halten nach dem Auspacken. Erst langsam aklimatisieren, an die Umgebungstemperatur anpassen und vorallem NICHT sofort umtopfen. Leider können wir keine Reklamationen mehr annehmen, wenn die Pflanzen bereits umgetopf, ausgetopft, beschnitten, geteilt oder sonstige Änderungen (ausserhalb normaler Pflege) vorgenommen wurden.
During winter time is no Hoya sending. But it is possible to buy and take the sorts (written below) directly from our nursery. 
Während der Winterzeit findet kein Hoya-Versand statt. Allerdings ist es möglich die unten aufgeführten Sorten direkt in der Gärtnerei auszusuchen und einzukaufen.
Wir versenden keine Hoyas im Winter, aber Einkaufen vor Ort ist möglich.
