Packing:
Well packed orchids can travel even long distances. We have improved during many years the way how to pack plants and goods to be sure, that they arrive in best condition. In winter time we pack with heatpacks, which keeps the plants/packages on a needed temperatur level. However, during minus degrees even these heatpacks are not enough, so it can happen that we need to delay in winter some packages. In that case you will get information from us.

Our webshop:

Our shipping day is usually tuesday, in high season also monday & wednesday, to avoid that plants are hanging over weekend in transport stations. Our logistic partner is DHL (DHL is using in different countries their own local logistic partners).

Additional orders:
You have an order already, which is not sent yet and want to add something? No problem!
Just make a new order in our webshop and use as shipping method "additional order" and fill in the existing order number in check-out process. There will be no more transort costs added for the additonal order. We match your orders and send in one package for you.
